Order and cancellation policy

GENERAL:

Villa Suisto's address is Hanhiluodontie 168, 28190 Pori

The villa reservation is binding once you have made the reservation. Payment is due at the time of booking. Free cancellation 60 days prior to booking. The villa will be available from 4pm and handed over by 12am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The accommodation capacity of the villa is 4 people. Please note that areas outside the grounds are golf courses and no inappropriate movement is allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If payment is not received in connection with the booking, Villa Suisto Oy has the right to cancel the booking and invoice a processing fee of EUR 100. If the booking is canceled less than 60 days before the start of the rental, Villa Suisto has the right not to refund the tenant's payments

The owner of the villa can cancel a paid reservation in case of Force Majeure. Force majeure includes, for example, unforeseen damage to the property (eg water damage, vandalism, fire), in which case Villa Suisto cannot guarantee safe and high-quality accommodation. Villa Suisto will notify the renter as soon as possible and refund the accommodation price, or agree on a new date.

If the tenants cause unreasonable noise or disturbance to other actors in the environment, Villa Suisto has the right to terminate the agreement immediately. In this case, the villa must be vacated immediately and the rent will not be refunded on any scale.

CLEANING AND LINEN:

Bed linen is always made for beds and  included in the rental price. Final cleaning € 100 will be added to the rental price, but overall cleanliness must be good. This means that

  • the furniture is in place

  • bottles and cans are collected in a bag

  • the towels are in the place provided for them

  • the counters are in the dishwasher / sink / cabinet

  • the yard area is clean and cigarette butts, snuff and bottles are collected away

If at the end of the rental period the cleanliness of the property does not correspond to the above, the owner has the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of € 100 / hour. If the property has been broken or accidentally dismantled important places for rent, which affects the comfort of the next tenant, the owner has the right to charge the prospective tenant for the costs of repairs and any delays.

If the outdoor hot tub is dirty or requires water change or other significant maintenance / cleaning work, the owner has the right to charge the costs incurred. For example, if the pool is vomited, the customer will be charged € 400 for water and filter replacement and the next customer will be reimbursed if the pool cannot be used. Vomiting or other secretions in the pool must always be reported to the owner as soon as possible.

Pets and no smoking.

DAMAGES:

The renter of the villa is responsible for all damages to the villa, furniture and the villa area during the rental period and the person liable for damages. If the damage is caused by indifference to foreign property, the matter is treated as vandalism, which is always reported to the police and for which compensation is claimed in addition to the repair costs.

The customer is also liable if the villa is left in an untidy condition and the normal cleaning time is not sufficient to clean it.

Damage must be reported immediately to the owner.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. If the ban is violated, a ventilation fee of € 400 will be charged. If the smell does not leave with ventilation, measures will be charged to make the cottage odorless starting from 150 € / hour and the necessary materials and other supplies.

NUMBER OF PERSONS:

Accommodation capacity must not be exceeded (4 people). One (1) caravan / caravan can accommodate a maximum of six (6) people in the yard.

FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of Force Majeure, the landlord is not obligated to compensate for the sudden change in the cottage or to compensate the tenant for the breakage. The owner (Villa Suisto) reserves the right to cancel the booking if Force Majeure materializes.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES:

If no agreement is reached with the owner and the tenant within the framework of this agreement and by negotiation, the matter will be resolved in the Satakunta District Court.

​

COMMENTARY:

Any breakages or other defects / damage found in the villa must be reported immediately to the villa owner.
